Among the types of Personal Data that Gi samtykke collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: first name; last name; phone number; email address; username; password; User ID; Usage Data; Trackers; unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example).

Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using Gi samtykke.

Child Safety Standards
Gi samtykke does not permit use of the app by anyone under the age of 16. During the registration process, we require users to confirm their age, and users under 16 are not allowed to proceed. We take this requirement seriously and enforce it through automatic checks and account restrictions.
We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation. Users must not share, upload, or disseminate any such material. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and will be reported to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or a relevant regional body.
A designated Child Safety Officer is available to handle urgent reports or concerns related to child safety. If Google Play or other platforms notify us of any violations related to child exploitation, our designated contact will investigate and take appropriate action immediately.
We encourage all users to report any suspicious behavior or content directly through the app’s built-in feedback and reporting mechanisms.
Additional Information
Data may be used for legal action and system maintenance logs may be collected. Gi samtykke does not support “Do Not Track” requests.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Owner may update this Privacy Policy. Substantial changes will be communicated when feasible.
